1、Establish standing book and appoint special person to manage the storage, sending and recycling of seals and plier.
2、Seals are used to seal various kinds of tanks, boxes and other related metering device and at special situation and special place.
3、Users must carefully keep seals and not allow to randomly rent, transfer or duplicate.
4、Loading person shall fill in seals quantity and serial number according to real situation at loading list.
5、Calculate every month and summary the seals quantity, waste quantity and recycling old seals quantity of all cars by month.
6、Resend a new seal if old one damages and keep well the damaged one. Make record of damaged seal number.
