Sealing and unsealing regulations

1.All trucks and containers should be sealed (one ton of boxes can also be used for sealing rings), except for the tankers and international rail transit vehicles.
2.The blockade has two types: FS type and FSP straight (ring). FS type blockade consists of three parts: lock head, lock core and lock sleeve. The lock head and lock core are connected by steel wire ropes, and they are straight bars after being locked. FS blockade is used for sealing various types of containers. The FSP blockade is composed of a lock core and a lock sleeve. The lock core and the lock sleeve are connected by a wire rope. When sealing it, the lock core is inserted into the lock sleeve hole vertically, and the lock is ring-shaped after being locked. It is used in box cars and refrigerated trucks. All types of blockade lock sleeves are printed on the plane with "seal number, station name, bracketed bureau name abbreviation (The shipper's number or special line number is substituted for the shipper's self-provided seals)", lock sleeve outer section is printed with the manufacturer's mark. The seal number is 6 digital recycling used by each station or group.

Sealing
3.When sealing the trucks, use the thick metal wire to tighten the buckle and nose of both sides of the door, and seal each door with a lock. After sealing, the locking state of the blockade should be checked to confirm that the lock is valid and the door cannot be opened. The ○ lock and its seal number (such as ○ locks 146355, 146356) should be recorded on the cargo waybill, truck loading list or cargo bill envelope. The seal of the truck with only one door clasp on each side of the door structure shall be handled according to the upper seal. When the latch of the vehicle upper door is damaged or it is needs to be resealed on the lower door, the sealing unit (or the entrusted sealing unit) shall prepare an ordinary record.
4.It will be regarded as failure if one of the following scenes is found: a. Either end of the wire rope can be pulled out,or the lock core can be pulled out from the lock sleeve; b. After the wire rope is broken and reconnected, keep using it; c. No station name, number or station name or number on the lock cover is unclear and destroyed.
5.Before unpacking, the unloading unit should check the seal number on the goods waybill, the loading list of the truck, or the cargo receipt envelope, and check whether the seal is working. When unpacking, cut the wire, do not damage the station name and number. The removed blockade, which has records concerning cargo incidents, shall be kept for 180 days from the date of the unloading.
6.Stations shall establish guidelines for collecting, distributing, using, and destroying the blockade, register them according to the seal number, and fulfill their duties.
