Container seal is like the lock of containers. The goods of container is usually expensive, and if found bolt seal is damaged due to special reasons after leaving factory, the driver should immediately inform factory and factory arranges principal to go to appointed place, open the container and carefully check goods and observe if there is missing or more goods and ask the reason of damage, take several pictures to store. Sealing factory should prepare bolt seal by itself and ask freight forwarder to provide new number, and notify to revise loading record and update bolt seal and inform customer.
If within factory, lock is unable to open or damage, factory should inform freight forwarder immediately, and ask him to purchase new bolt seals and notify number. When finish uploading, use self-prepared bolt seals to take clear pictures to keep in store, and when container is transported to site, ask freight forwarder to keep seals and when sealing the new bolt seal, ask freight forwarder to take picture and provide to sealing company and check if the self-prepared bolt seal number is same as new bolt seal. And sealing company saves one copy to keep in file and report to customer.
When container enters transportation port, carefully check if the information of packing list is same with the port information and if found not same parts, immediately tell freight forwarder and find reasons.
