In the logistics transportation and various security protection industries, disposable cable seals play a key role in risk control, loss reduction and risk prevention. Therefore, customers should pay special attention to the following factors when purchasing disposable blocking products:
1、 First of all, manufacturers with guaranteed quality reputation should be choose for one-time production blockade (products without guaranteed quality reputation can not be locked tightly to prevent theft). Manufacturers must standardize their management in quality control processes, raw material procurement, product testing and other links, and have advanced production technology and R&D capabilities.
2、 Before ordering, it is important to sign a contract and require the manufacturer to promise that it will not provide the lead seal with the same identification and number to a third party. Sometimes, it is even necessary to sign a confidentiality agreement.
3、 Try not to use products of the same size/color produced by multiple manufacturers (which are easy to be copied and imitated, bringing imitations to some illegal attempts, thus losing the real sense of security). Products that have been circulated and applied for too long in the market are not recommended. At the same time, manufacturers with technical advantages and R&D capabilities will generally regularly develop more choose products to meet market demand.
The most common disposable cable seals are the cheapest, but they can be bought in the market, and the anti-counterfeiting technology is poor. The anti-counterfeit lead seal with aluminum cover is better than the lead seal, and the price is slightly higher. The anti-counterfeit technology should be said to be good. Customers can get some anti-counterfeit things, such as a secret mark on the lead egg, an anti-counterfeit logo on the back of the aluminum cover, and an anti-counterfeit logo on the front of the aluminum cover.
