1、Establish standing book and appoint special person for management of the storage, sending and recycling of seals and pliers.
2,Seals are used for measuring device of different types of tanks, boxes and sealing at special situation and special locations.
3、Seals users must carefully store seals and can not randomly rend out, transfer, duplicate.
4、Loading person shall fill in seals number and quantity according to real situation at site.
5、Monthly calculate once of the seals quantity, waste quantity, recycling old seals quantity of various cars.
6、Need to resend seals if seals broken during use, and store the broken ones. Make record of broken seals numbers.
Use range of seals
(1)、Sealing personnel are not authorized to open the vehicle tank mouths device of normal sealing.
(2)、All drivers are not allowed to change seals, and if found abnormal, seal at site and ask customers to sign for confirmation. And at the same time, report to operating person who is responsible for confirmation.
(3)、Drivers shall seal vehicle tanks only at site.
(4)、If other personnel need sealing due to work need, they shall inform customers to open and seal together.
(5)、There should be clear marks and numbers when sealing tank mouth devices.
(6)、The length of cable head after sealing shall not surpass 1.5cm. and use plier to cut off redundant wire and spare wire head.
(7)、If mark or number is not clear, timely report to related principals and timely exchange.
